On September 25, 2018, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Guillerma Caringal of Vancouver, to remediate practice issues related to her direction to provide medication to a patient without consent and offer to provide incorrect information during investigation. The Registrant voluntarily agreed to a two week suspension of practice and completion of a learning plan primarily focused on patient consent and ethical practice.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
