Lovely, Michelle, RN

Consent agreement

Nov 5, 2018

On November 5, 2018 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Michelle Lovely of Vancouver, in response to the Registrant's failure to provide her employer, a BC Educational Institution, with a copy her March 19, 2017 Consent Agreement with BCCNP. The Inquiry Committee also determined that she returned to a practice area unsuitable to her skills. These actions constituted a breach of the terms of her consent agreement.

As a result, the Registrant has consented to a suspension of her practicing registration for a period of one week, which will be followed by a limit on practice precluding work in any critical care capacity or work as a critical care RN instructor in any capacity. The Registrant may apply to the Inquiry Committee to remove the limit following confirmation of successful completion of a critical care program certification for RN practice.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
