Kahlon, Survarinder, RN

Consent agreement

Apr 1, 2019

On April 1, 2019 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Survarinder (Sunny) Kahlon of Surrey, B.C., to remediate practice issues related to dishonest and unethical practice when he removed 28 inhalers and 6 nebules of medications, without authorization, from his workplace and he initially lied about the matter when he was questioned by his employer.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: A 2-week suspension, a reprimand, and a meeting with a BCCNP Practice Support Consultant to complete a self-assessment identifying the circumstances leading to the current issues and preventing their recurrence.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
