On September 17, 2019, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Michael Knight of Penticton, to remediate practice issues related to pushing a resident with mental health diagnoses.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including:
- Consenting to a suspension from nursing practice for two weeks;
- Consenting to a reprimand; and
- Meeting with a BCCNP Regulatory Practice Consultant.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
