When completing her initial application in 2017, Registrant Robyn Bates (LPN) of Campbell River failed to disclose required information about criminal charges she faced in 2016. Her failure to disclose this information interfered with BCCNP's ability to meet legislated information-sharing requirement which are intended as a public protection measure. The registrant has accepted a public reprimand and to complete coursework in the area of ethics.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
