Peer feedback

As part of their Quality Assurance requirements, nurse practitioners seek feedback from RN, NP and other colleagues.

Nurse practitioners are encouraged to seek peer feedback from another nurse practitioner within the same stream of practice (Adult, Family or Pediatric) or from a physician.

Areas of practice within the scope of registered nurse practice may be reviewed with a peer of your choice.

When giving or receiving peer feedback, discuss the areas you identified in your self-assessment and critical review of client documentation. This discussion can help validate and refine your professional development goals.
