If you hold current registration, you can join the PAP program today using the appropriate application below (in the "Apply" section below).
The first year you join the PAP program, it will feel like you’re paying for the same year twice (but you’re not!). This is because there are two separate payments happening:
Example: If you decide to join the PAP program during the 2019-20 renewal period, you will pay your 2019-20 registration fee in a lump sum. Monthly deductions for the 2020-21 year will also start.
You can apply for PAP at any time using the application form below. Print it out, fill it in, sign it, scan it, and email it to us at email@example.com.
You can cancel your participation in the PAP program using the form below. Print it out, fill it in, sign it, scan it, and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To change your banking information for your pre-authorized payments, please email email@example.com with your registration ID and a photo of a void cheque from your new bank account.
