We are currently experiencing a high volume of registrants attempting to retrieve their renewal payment receipts, which we suspect may be part of cause of the system performance issues that registrants have experienced this week.
In order to limit the impact of this volume on our system, we have temporarily turned off the ability for registrants to download their receipts from their BCCNP account.
We understand that this may cause frustration for registrants, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating alternate methods of delivering your receipt, and we will update you on that process as soon as possible.
