RN entry-level competencies survey: Sept. 4 to Oct. 2

Sep 18, 2018

Entry-level competencies (ELCs) are the knowledge, skills, abilities and judgement required to practice as a newly registered nurse in Canada. The Canadian Council of Registered Nurse Regulators (CCRNR) is updating the RN ELCs, and is asking RNs and NPs to participate in a national survey to help validate and improve the draft competencies.

The survey will be open from Sept. 18 to Oct. 2, and is intended only for RNs and NPs currently registered with a Canadian regulatory college. It will take approximately 45 minutes to complete the survey; answers can be saved and the survey can be completed over multiple sessions. Participation is voluntary, and BCCNP will not see any individual replies.
