BCCNP is a regulatory college empowered under the
Health Professions Act to regulate the practice of all licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses and nurse practitioners in British Columbia. The HR Generalist deals with highly sensitive and confidential matters that can have a significant impact on the college overall. This position works independently to balance priorities and workflow to provide efficient and effective support to staff within the college. The HR Generalist follows policies and procedures and receives general guidance on specific tasks. The nature of the work is at times complex and demanding, and requires adaptability to ensure time-driven goals and deadlines are achieved. The HR Generalist exercises initiative, judgment and problem-solving skills to complete the work.
