The BC College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) has an opening for a Facilities Coordinator in our downtown Vancouver office. This is a six month temporary role. This role reports to the Manager, Operations and is an integral part of the Facilities team. This is a unique opportunity as it supports multiple organizations within the Regulatory Hub at 200 Granville. This will be an exciting role for someone who enjoys challenging work and can plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
BCCNP is a regulatory college empowered under the
Health Professions Act to regulate the practice of all licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses and nurse practitioners in British Columbia. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, your role will be to provide facilities and operations support to BCCNP and to the organizations within the Regulatory Hub at 200 Granville through the provision of office services. This role is responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are appropriately configured and in good order, and coordinating and undertaking building maintenance activities. You will work with staff throughout the organizations to support their needs and to communicate policies and procedures.
Externally, you will interact with vendors to coordinate office services and building maintenance.
